Yan is one of the military soldiers from the secret military base.

Yan fights aganist Fujiko and Izuru Hino after they defeat Loh. He shoots his gun at Botan's leg and at Hino's camera trying to length the time of the game. He is defeated when Hino pulls her way out of the Orange Trap and throws a snake in the path of his bullet. Yan is about to shoot Hino in the head, but Fujiko then takes this oppurtunity to shoot the muzzle of his gun. Hino then throws him down hard on his head and knocks him unconsious.
